BMT has the technical know-how and the qualified personnel to carry out repairs and additional services for ships of all classes. We coordinate all necessary steps and are always endeavored to carry out the necessary work during the loading process in order to avoid off hire.

Cleaning and painting works

  • M/E & A/E Turbocharger overhauling, repair and balancing.

Riding Squads

  • Experienced technicians for a big variety of works on board during navigation.

Electrical and electronic works

  • Bridge equipment annual surveys and repair E/R Automations and modifications.
  • El motors repair/rewinding and supply of new ones ready for marine use with certificate (HOYER)

Hydraulic system

  • Hydraulic motors repair, installation and troubleshooting.

Engineering

  • Engineering projects for offshore and land facilities.

Annual & 5 years surveys

  • L/B and davits with IACS, Makers approvals and certification.
  • FFE inspections in situ and at the workshop.
  • Calibration of thermometers and pressure gauges.
  • UTI, load and torque equipment calibrations.

Cargo Load Test (CLT)

  • Capacity up to 600 tonnes in short notice.
  • Own water bags, spreader, calibrated load cells and flow meters.
  • Gangways and L/B CLT in situ with adequate equipment.
